Can Chocolate Act As A Depressent (Hot Chocolate)

Chocolate contains an antidepressaent called Phenylathylamide or something like that. If you feel low afterwards it's because your blood sugar doesn't regulate itself particularly well and it's crashing. I always feel fabulous after eating chocolate, which is why I'm getting a big bottom!

Actually yes, if you drink too much of it (sugar) and if you drink it with milk.

Try Green&Blacks hot chocolate (just add hot water...). I just had a cup earlier this evening :-) You can add some soy milk or Alpro Soya "single cream", if you want it creamier. It's delicious.

Actually, most people find it stimulating. It does contain caffeine.

no its a little piece of dark choclate the pscyologist told me, it does work as well.
