I suspect the man is Uncut. He has not had training in cleanliness, or he doesn't care. Simple as this...tell him you are not going near him or his thing until he has a gooooood shower and learns how to clean himself. period. This is a matter of respect. He does not respect your senses (smell, etc,) if he is so unwilling to be clean, and uncut guys need to wash that thing often during the day, not just at shower time. It take no time what so ever at the sink to wash and dry. Uncut guys need to be especially careful, for everytime they pee, some of it sits there and 'rots' with smegma...not a great combination unless you are into some of the stinky exotic cheeses (I don't understand how people eat that stuff). Good luck, but lay it on the line. This is NO time to "pussyfoot" around an issue. He really may have NO idea. And if you embarrass him, such is life. Some of these answers are just toooooo around the bush. This is not a issue that can be hinted at. If he knows he stinks, chances are he will take extra care in the future. If he doesn't take extra care, he doesn't care, period...there are no inbetweens here.

Well It might hurt his feelings if you tell him but if you are really into him try playing around with the idea. What I mean is take a bath with him and wash it. This way he think you are just trying to play around and not insult his man hood. And if that doesn't work then I don't know what to tell you, men are sensitive about that stuff.

Well, my ex gf e-mailed me once about it and I took care of it and it never happened again. Then again, it wasn't my manhood, it was the areas around it. Still, I was able to take care of it and maintain her ravenous appetite for me which was not of this planet

buy him deoderant, and if you sleep with him do it in the shower...which in itself can be quite erotic.
then during a time when you are not being intimate tell him, straight up, but do it in such a way so as not to bruise his ego.
