Any idea what time does Maha Shivarathri starts and ends during this month...
Is it from Feb15th 6:AM - Feb 16th 6:00 AM ?
OR Feb 15th evening to Feb 16th evening (Indian time ?)

We usually tend to go with the Indian time, in our house, but it's your call.
