To cook crab (any part) just get a large stew pot out and boil some water (I like to put lemon and salt in mine, but plain is fine)

Once the water is boiling, drop in the legs. It doesn't take them long at all to cook.

Melt some butter and enjoy your crab. I'm really jealous, by the way.

The legs you have, if they are red, are already cooked and sold frozen. Let them thaw in the 'fridge for a couple hours, rinse in cold water, in place in a 350-375 degree oven until warmed through, probably 10 to 20 minutes.

It's probably already cooked. Is it red? Crabs need to be cooked live, and unless you caught them WELL
Anyway they are great in a green salad with Italian dressing.
Also can be warmed in over or microwave and served with steak as surf & turf.
