if you are a dude... do not perm your hair... the only dude that can get a perm is snoop dog. If you are black, get wave gel/cream. like sports waves... and wear a du rag. If you white... you can't.. no matter what anyone tells you... my boyfriend(who is white) wants waves... beleive me, me and him tried everything. It doesn't work.

Put a relaxer on your hair, leave it for about 2-3 Minutes only, comb it through once and shampoo it out, after the relaxer get a fresh hair cut, a good wave brush and pomade. There u have it instant waves.
