Never! How do you know you are driving great on drugs? Are you sure the drugs are not making you think you are driving great? I knew someone who said they could drive great drunk, now that are in a wheelchair. Smarten up and don't destroy your life or worse the life of someone else. If you wanna do drugs, cool, do them somewhere safe and don't put other peoples lives on the line. Remember vehicular homicide carries a big sentance.

...I hope you don't drive on drugs everyday! Not to mention the fact that if you get caught you will get in serious trouble, you are putting others in danger as well as yourself. It will never be legal to drive while on drugs because drugs interfere with your ability to think clearly which is very important while driving. I would suggest not driving while on drugs, for everyone's benefit.
