Not wearing a good bra, and or going braless. I have always worn one and mine don't sag at all. You need good support so the muscles don't break down. I have only gone braless a few times in my life. When I was pregnant I wore a bra to bed. Mine are real and look like a 20 year olds and I am 49. I am a 32 D.

Loss of muscle tone, weight of the breasts (the larger the breasts, the more they'll sag), obesity, gravity.

not only if they are big, but also how the skin is....if you have thin, non elastic skin, expect lots of sagging....pregnancy also has a big effect on breasts...they usually get larger, heavier, and this also stretches the skin.....but some women have wonderful elastic skin that just snaps back into place

Usually the bra is too big. Your measurements are NOT your bra size. To get your bra size, measure the ribcage under your breasts. That's the size of the bra. To get the cup size, measure from the bottom of the breast up to the nipple.
