This is for Rachel K the super tough girl. If you can kill people with one glare then why not be the first women to fight in UFC. Im sorry there are not many in the world who could defeat these guys. They would get you on the ground and pound your skull into the mat!

There is also a thing called wrestling a very difficult sport for a karate person to defeat. Its called taken it to the ground and pound.

In response to the question then yes,
especially since you didn't specify a PROFESSIONAL MMA fighter.

As I know you meant "professional" then still yes, provided I'm permitted to bring one of my swords in with me. Actually I think the question would be: could an unarmed professional MMA fighter survive 3 minuites in the octagon with me. unarmed I could not.

To rachel K: actually I think it is you who should get a life. Lieing about your rank and skill level is childish and shows you have nothing better to do. Do you really have a black belt in kung fu? in wing chun? We are all such idiots but at least we realize that they don't give "black belts" in those arts AND kung fu is not itself an art but a slang phrase for all CMA's of which wing chun is one.

Babe I hope you are hot because you will need something to get you through life and from the way it looks here brains ain't working for you.

I don't know how much restriction the rules would have on the moves allowed and such but a fighter from my system would/should not last three minutes in a fight. Three seconds - maybe thirty seconds once the two fighters have engaged. Not counting the time that those fighters usually size each other up. Three minutes means to us that either you're not good enough or your opponent is equally skilled.
But personally I would not like to put myself in that kind of situation. It would mean that I had consciously decided to go and try hurt someone else. It would not be self defence.

hmmm...against my own weight class right? cuz one kick from crocop im sure he will kill me...seriously not just knock me out not just send me to the hospital but kill me. unfortunately if im correct the lightest weight class(in ufc) is 155lbs which i am 10lbs too small. assuming im in the same weight class; if it were to stand out id put up a lil fight depending on the caliber of the fighter but i have very limited ground fighting exprience so the second im on the ground i'll tap like a baby....do babies tap?

anyways it would be a while b4 id step in the ring i would greatly need to improve my ground game and still work some on my standing game

but if the fight purse is nice i might take a beating for a few minutes

hey rachel now i'll accept that i am not all knowning when it comes to martial arts so can you tell me what chambara is when i look it up it says genre of japanese tv and film

"The word Chambara is slang for Japanese swordplay or swashbuckler films. Chambara films have been popular since the beginning of the film industry in Japan. "

i guess you could just be referring to a general training in using a sword but it doesnt seem like its intended to be a fighting style itself.

and yes bulto is correct kung fu is a general statement to refer to all chinese martial arts which means u are also skilled in dozens possibly hundreds other arts

If I'm allowed to run around the cage, maybe I could last 3 minutes... lol.

If I actually had to fight him, I'd probably die, seeing as I'm only 17 years old, 5'6", and 120 lbs.

Rachel K: You have a second degree black belt in 10 different martial arts- two of which don't even offer black belt ranking, according to Bluto?
Either you're a very bad liar or a very good martial artist.
Sorry, but I'm leaning toward 'bad liar.'

My apologies if I sound blunt here, but the ufc is great and i order every pay per view that comes up. But the best fighters come from pride fighting championships. You should be asking can you survive there. Look at the last fight ufc had the brought in rampage jackson and the best Mirco Cro Cop.

Yeah if I outweighed them by about 100 pounds. Those guys are on the top of their game and that is the their career. Also I think a good majority of them are on steroids so it would be very tough. So like I said unless I had 100 lbs. on them my answer is no.

If when I was 17 I had decided to go into MMA and spent 10 years training for MMA sure I could have competed with most of them.

rules define the winners. if the opponent has trained to the rules of the fight, they have the advantage. I also have VERY limited submission fighting experience, and the only joint manipulation I know is control & restraint (which is all standing manipulation initiated with an 'illegal' strike to enable the control to be committed, and escorting)

so I wont be climbing in any time soon. or the SAINT gets owned!

though how much money does the loser get?

Rachel K: you got owned! take a slap of 'reality check'. you see, the fool can only fool the fool. sorry, you lucked out this time.

yes. i may not look it (which is the best part) but I have a second degree black belt in karate, tae kwan do, kungfu, aikido, chambara, gatka, judo, kyudo, wing chun, and jujitsu. I've been doing martial arts since I was five, so not only would I last more than three minutes. I'd probably knock him/her dead. : )

P.S. If you think I'm lying, good for you, it just shows how much of an idiot you are. And if you haven't seen me on TV it's because I'm too busy living real life for that garbage.

Probably not. I would be disqualified quite quickly...that whole rule thing just leaves me cold. Get rid of the referee and the rules and then I could last 3 minutes easily...
