Why don't you just chug a whole bottle of vodka instead and make yourself the world's largest screwdriver?

Are you serious or is this hypothetical? Excess gastric acid in the stomach is typically neutralized by the ingestion of sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) or another neutralizing agent such as an antacid. So just take an antacid like Tums or Maalox to neutralize the pH. You might also need something for diarrhea because you are probably going to get a touch of that, as well. Too, don't eat a lot of food with the O.J. because that will push the combination of O.J. and normal stomach acids back up your esophagus, causing heartburn. For the same reason, don't lie down for awhile, either.

You should not drink dish washing soap that is dangerous. You should also not drink too much orange juice, it has tons of sugar in it and can be bad for you too.

Sure, and then you can call your doctor because the stomach cramps you have are about to kill you! How about trying something like a little baking soda mixed with water instead?

No. You should rush off -- immediately or sooner -- to the ER at the closest hospital. Only a trained professional can help you now. Bless your heart.
