I think a greater question is- Do you believe God is real? If God is real and really acts in our world, then it is not a far stretch to believe that God has power and acts in our world. If God is God, then one would expect that his ability to act in our world would be more than natural- it would be supernatural. The Holy Spirit is God working in our world, speaking to man and acting in and around man. If we believe God is real, then yes He has power to act in our world.

Yes. I see evidence of it every day. Especially in places like this. The non believers are mistaken in what the Bibles says, and the Christians that are taught well are not. I know that seems elitist, but come on! The IS a noticable gap between the two sides, isn't there? One side typically claims that there is nothing to believe in, while the other typically claims that there is. So the Holy Spirit is claimed by one side, and the other attempts to refute that-- mainly because they also claim to not know it-- because they claim that it isn't there-- mainly I think because they never experienced it.

It's all too plain. . . to me at least.

Witnesses say that via fact the HS would be "poured out" like liquid, it would desire to no longer be a individual or an clever being. Galatians 3:27 says that, "all of you who have been baptized into Christ have been clothed with Christ." unusual, that! how are you able to place Jesus on your physique like a T-shirt? Does that verse propose that Jesus isn't a individual? i think of those descriptions are figurative ... do no longer you? The Holy Spirit has been defined as coaching human beings. Jesus mentioned that the "Comforter" would arrive, yet in trouble-free terms after he grew to become into long gone. Invisible issues are no longer properly understood via all people. Describing the HS as electrical energy is an trouble-free way out, and in addition they use this analogy whilst speaking some individual's "spirit" -- yet yet another topic they do in comparison to coping with. electrical energy does issues for us, yet you won't be in a position to ascertain it. It confuses the subject in a passable way, so they save employing it.
