How can you move your taskbar to the left of the desktop?

first right click on the taskbar and uncheck "lock taskbar"
then just click and drag it

You should be able to click and drag it to the left (make sure your not clicking and active program bar, click the bar itself). If that doesnt work Right Click and see if you have it Locked. If so, Unlock it and move it. Good luck!

drag it with your mouse. wait until u see a double arrow.
