If you don't want to stuff them, try mixing the following: white cider vinegar, raspberry jam or jelly, and rosemary. Salt & Pepper your chops. Let them hang out with the mixture in a plastic bag for a couple hours. Empty the bag into a pan and bake until done. If you need to thin a little, use water. The subtle raspberry is delicious.

These can dry out in the oven if your aren't careful and, because they don't have the bone in them, sometimes the flavor can be somewhat bland. Try putting a rub on them for at least an hour that contains: kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, garlic and sage. You can broil them if you want or try baking them with the standard mushroom soup mixed with half-and -half and bread crumbs. I like them broiled to barely done and then served with a nice garlic mashed potatoe and fresh green beans.

Why yes! My favorite!

Season chops with garlic salt and pepper, dredge through eggs & flour seasoned with salt & pepper as well. Fry in peaut oil to brown crust, place on cookie sheet (greased with balsamic vinegar & olive oil). And bake until done. Very good!

On the show "Nigella Feasts," Nigella Lawson made an interesting recipe called "crunchy pork chops." I tried it myself and it was very good. The recipe is available on the Food Network website: http://www.foodnetwork.com/food/recipes/recipe/0,,FOOD_9936_34847,00.html?rsrc=search
