Even though you have a beautiful family maybe your depressed.
I would talk to your doctor and see what they recommend. I am happily married and I started getting really depressed and I had to go on Prozac. And now I feel so much better. Never feel like your a bad person or feel ashamed that you have to take medication. Prozac is also for people that have a stressful lifestyle like doctors and so on. So hope this helps you because I know I feel a 100 % better :O)

I understand that more than you know! Have you thought about going to a counselor or getting on anti-depression medication? Also, try to make time for friends and do things that you liked to do before you were married with kids. It seems that it's easy to lose yourself as you get older and become more involved in what your spouse and children like to do, instead of concentrating on what you like to do.

Believe me, I really, really can relate to what you're going through. You are not alone in feeling that way!

Sounds like depression. See your Physician. This did not happen over night. There is more to it than feeling lonely. See your MD or a therapist. .In the meantime. get some exercise and spend time with your wife and kids. .they need you!

network a little bit, i would advise to get out, more, NOT on the computer, but find something you like to do, golf , basketball. i think sometime people are too quick to go the sexual route(oh go sleep with someone else thing) , sometimes you simply need a night out with the guys, gals. With four kids , wife, (hopefully a job too, lol) you probably don't do that as much as you should......

with four children your wife is probably overwhelmed with caring for them...if she works it could be even more difficult...even if you are helping most women carry the more stress in these situations...you need more quality time with your wife and children...not knowing any other specifics....hours you work and so on its difficult to give any advise....talk to your wife or better yet show her you question here....then talk and talk and talk...with four children involved things need to be worked out...if none of the above situations apply...may you should seek professional advise...good luck

you are in serious trouble if you feel that you have no one since you are married. today is Valentine's day, so I do hope that your husband have something romantic planned for you tonight. Why are you feeling this way? Try making friends, join a club etc.

You should think about taking a class or starting a new hobby in an area that really interests you. There, you might meet people, and at least you will have similar interests to their's.

You should try to make a date with your husband once a month or with a friend. You can really lose who you are being a mom. You need to take some time for yourself.
