jack daniels is a good everyday bourbon. that's about as cheap as i'll go, but then again that is also about as expensive as i'll go. i recommend jameson's for irish whiskey. it is the greatest liquid on earth and it won't break your wallet. i buy these whiskeys all the time. cheaper whiskey than these is likely not worth your money anyway. there is an alternative though. buy a whiskey that you enjoy and bring it out at the beginning of a given binge. swig it until you can't taste the difference, then switch to the dirt whiskey that you have stashed in the cupboard. i typically have to hide the fine whiskey from my 3am self.

First, Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort are NOT Bourbon Whiskeys. If you want good Bourbon, try Makers Mark, Knob Creek, Woodford Reserve, Basil Haydens, or Blanton's. Those are the best I have had.

Try a scotch whiskey called Macallam. It is very moreish and easy to drink. It is very tasty but not too "peaty". It can be found in most supermarkets too and can often be had for less than £20 a bottle.

Nobody threw Jack Daniel's in there. I don't know what it is classified as -- probably bourbon. Tastes like bourbon. Try mixing it with Pepsi.

Yukon Jack is great, and its not costly. Johnny Walker Black is good also. But the Yukon is the stuff!!
Take one shot Yukon
3 drops of lime juice
2 drops Tabasco
light on fire, then blow it out and drink!
Its a Flaming Zeke!
