I didn't train him to do this, he just observed us and watched how it was done and now he does it for praise. He flushes the toilet and looks over his shoulder at me until I praise him. Then he sticks his face in the bowl to watch the water swirl as it goes down. I actually had a cat once that peed in the toilet and we didn't train her either, she just did it on her own. So I do know for a fact that it is possible for a cat to do both. Wouldn't this be fantastic?

I have known where cats can be trained to use the toilet. But personally speaking I would never have a cat use a toilet that I use.
