And when it happens to Americans held by the enemy you remain - silent.

Kind of makes me suspect that you are not applying the same standards to both sides.

I always have to laugh at these dumb a*s questions......
British soldiers torturing prisioners of war, firstly as they are not a opposing army they are terrorist they are not covered by the Geneva convention....But due to our P.C state you couldn't even look at them in the wrong way our society is pathetic.....
Do you want to know what went through the minds of the Argy troops as they waited on the Falkland Isles waiting for the indefinite attack, the Gurkha's where going to behead them and the Para's were going to F*ck the stump...They were Sh*t scared...Maybe if some of the ragheads thought the same they might swan off back over the border...

Hey, what kind of violation notice did you get -- what for? Really, we have to decide whether there are rules of war or not. If there are no rules of war, then we will abide by the old addages "All's fair in love and war" and "To the victor belongs the spoils". If there are rules of war, then we should not make exceptions if the soldiers are mercenaries, or civilians paid as mercenaries, or true soldiers.

First of all, let's establish one thing. These are not "prisoners of war." Referring to them as such implies that they follow the stipulations of the Geneva Convention. They don't wear uniforms. They pretend to be civilians until they blow themselves and others up. They use religious buildings as fortification. THEY ARE COWARDS.

Leading a few terrorists around on a leash like dogs, while wrong, cannot be equated with IED's that have killed more than 3,000 soldiers and Marines and countless civilian bystanders. Forcing a few terrorists to get in inappropriate positions of a sexual nature for a photo shoot, while wrong, cannot be equated with the acts of terror committed worldwide by these animals. Piling a few living, breathing, naked terrorists up in a pyramid, while wrong, cannot be equated with piling 3,000 not-living, not-breathing, innocent civilians up underneath 110 stories of World Trade Center rubble.

Get a clue.

There is a difference between a few bad apples in the barrel and a sustained official policy. Also the courts are as impartial as humanly possible. You seem to be blinded by emotion, although you are well meaning.
