I have been broken up with my bf for 3 years and we have remained friends. In Nov I went to visit him and he told me he still loved me and cheated with me on his current gf. After that I went to stay with him over xmas and we expressed that we loved eachother, however, we dont live in the same town which made it hard to start anything. I then found out that he slept with his ex. recently and I freaked out and gave him a peice of my mind. I dont know if he plans on trying things with her again or what. Is he worth forgiving for? I dont know why he did this after he told me how important I am to him and how much he loves me.... I'm lost..

It's a difficult confusing situation, I've been there. In some ways, I am there. I guess what I would be thinking if I were you is if he could cheat on his gilfriend with you, and he cheated on you with his ex, he's a cheater and he's going to keep doing it. Can you really trust him? It's not the first time this has happened, so do you think you can really make it work if you're constantly thinking he's out with another girl? It's also a little long distance which, unfortunately, makes it very much easier to be unfaithful. I think you need to have a serious talk with him and find out if he's telling you bullshi* or he's the real deal.
