a girl i know just sent me a text message "happy valentines day kb!" (kb's like a nickname she gave me) i told her about a month ago that i had feelings for her but she gave me the whole 'i dont want to risk our friendship' line. ive gotten over it, but im confused. until today it seems like she was making an effort to not lead me on or anything, but do girls (well not really a girl shes 26) really wish a happy valentines day to 'just friends'? or does it mean she might be interested in being more then friends?? thanks for your answers and a happy valentines day to all!

yes we wish friends and family a Happy Valentines Day. I think you are trying to read too much into something that is not there. She has already told you her feelings and she more than likely means it. She does concider you her friend so there is nothing out of the ordinary for her to do this. I believe because you want there to be feelings your emotions are running higher then normal. The right person will come along when it is your time. But she is right if you are friends its better not to risk the friendship. If you reall stop and think about it you will see this is right. Good luck and by the way HAPPY VALENTINES DAY :)

Yes, girls like to wish all their friends a happy valentines day because their friends are people they really care about. If you guys are friends its apparent that she cares about you in some way or other so don't try to over analyze it. Girls even send valentines to other girls, but it doesn't mean that they're lesbo or something. so its ok for her to send you that and not mean more. well good luck and Happy Valentine's Day to you too!

Well this is kind of a tricky thing but yes girls to wish a happy Valentines day to friends without it meaning they want to hook up with the guy.

She might have feelings for you but she also might just not want to get into anything to serious. But some women do just say happy valentines day to friends. it all depends on what shes like.

Yes, women do wish their casual friends, happy Valentine's day. I do also, to people I do not even know! Don't read into it more than what it is!

it could mean something or it couldn't. she could like you and not want to admit it or she might just be wishing you a happy valentines day. because i did that 2day in my fench class. we were making valentines and i made one for my friend james, he thought i liked him(he is a junior and i am a freshman) but i don't. i have a boyfriend. so i am telling you it is probably just a friend thing.

i have a friend and he is the best friend that i know of. in bad times and good times in my life. And he wish me a happy valentines today. my goodness i hope that does not mean he likes me in a different way. Dont take it too seriously. just pretend you dont know.
