I think Jesus was way ahead of his time, but if you peel away the layers of indoctrination of his message, it is still there and many people are now learning in it's most pure form. Thats what Zen and Kabbalah are all about.

He did not establish Christianity. It was not even His followers. Those who lead to establish Chriistianity were the ones who kept persecuting Jesus' followers. When they grew in numbers and they could no longer be contained Constantinople declared Christianity as their official religion for the whole Roman Empire. Being pagan by nature and powerful at that, he has to establish that religion injecting some mythologycal beliefs like the trinity, the mother of Jesus as queen of heaven and making martyred followers of Christ as saints to ease some tensions (similar to what we did to Martin Luther King whom is made hero) from the victims relatives. Peter was long dead but since it was written that Jesus called him foundation of Jesus' teachings, he was posthomously awarded the first Pope title.
Later on Roman Catholics demonized every Jewish traditions and start Europe's campaign to hte the Jews as the killer of Jesus when in fact, crucifixion is a Roman way of killing and humiliating a feared enemy of the statesor Empire.

Jesus claimed to be the Son of God, and the way , the truth and the life Himself. Yes you are right that he was innocent- the only person on earth that can claim that. He was and is the perfect lamb of God that came to die for the sins of the whole world. He is real and what the Word says about Him is truth- because the Bible leads us to Christ. I will worship Him now, and one day every knee shall bow. I pray you chose to worship Him now.

I'm sorry you feel that way. Jesus himself claimed to be the Son of God and said, "Before Abraham was ....... I am." That means He was saying He was God.
Neither He nor Christians want to destroy the Jews, He came to call them to be saved. And when they wouldn't receive Him as their Messiah God opened salvation up to us gentiles. The bible will tell you all about this. Read Romans chapter 10.

I agree. I think Jesus was a loving hippie type. He loved everyone. It didn't matter religion, race, or sexuality.notice how Christians don't even teach the Red parts of the bible anymore? That is generalizing of course

Jesus is always on the offense, so I guess you could try to defend him, but you will never be on the offense, always the defense.
