How Do I Turn Off Microsoft Narrator?

I accidently checked the boxes to turn on microsoft narrator, and the on screen keyboard on my HP Vista Computer. I dont know what ones to uncheck in msconfig so I cant turn them off. Any help would be great. Thanks.

OK press Start, Programes, Accessories, Accessibity then narrator, you should be able to turn it off from there!
