Some of us still do. However, as the younger generation is so exposed to 'IM'-speak, spelling and grammar seem to be becoming lost arts.

People think the spell check is a grammar check too. It reminds me of the guy who put his Winnebago on cruise control, and went into the back to make coffee. He thought it was an auto pilot. The sad part is he won the lawsuit against the manufacturer.
