The thing is that he has a girlfriend, and he is loud and iam shy I just donot know what to do cause sometimes i be scared to go talk to him.

You should be scared to confess your feelings to a guy who already has a girlfriend-- that's just wrong. Just because you decide to have feelings for a guy you hardly know doesn't give you the right or the obligation to mention them. He's not available. Back off.

You have to wait until he breaks up with his girlfriend. If he is one of the popular boys and you aren't then you have no chance (no offence). When he breaks up with his girlfriend, you can ask a friend that you trust alot and ask them to tell him how u feel.

I think you have to wait for his girlfriend to break up with him. if they do break up, arrange a time to hang out with each other so you can tell him that you like him.
