Look at the life span in the bible. Pay attention to how long the decedents of Noah's son Sem lived. One generation after another there life expectancy declined. Keep in mind that in the bible people started off in a perfect state.
As time pasted there physical state declined.
Yes at first they committed incest however later they couldn't do that.
That's the problem with incest it causes deformations. That's why you have that feeling of repulsion to protect your decedents.
I wanted to add that even according to evolution incest would of had to occur since life wouldn't have appeared all at ounce.
The fact is at one time there weren't very many people.
