I have had "past life therapy" and found it very helpful. I was conscious the whole time and it felt like I was watching a movie that was showing on the inside of my eyelids! It was a very vivid experience.
I don't really believe that was my past life, it could have been some sort of lucid dream, but the lessons that I learned from it were very, very valuable. I was at a crossroads at the time, trying to figure out what I wanted to do with my career, and the past life therapy helped me answer that question quickly and cheaply unlike "traditional therapy" where you have to go to counseling for months or YEARS to get any answers.

There are program offered by many Spiritual organizations for your requirement. For e.g. I am aware of a program called Eternity Process, conducted by Art of Living Foundation which helps you to analyze and stamp out the past life impressions. Pray, why do you want to know about the past. Unless there are some obvious disorders which needs to be intervened. The present life itself presents more than enough for our lifetime, why get saddled with issues from the past too ;-)
Many a times, we may end up being more unhappy due to this therapy (my take). Probably in the past life, someone whom you love most could have been your worst foe ...ha ha..ha knowing it make it more tragic.
Meeting krishna, you dont have to undergo any therapy. Spiritual practices and sadhanas help you meet any form of Divine that you desire, of which Krishna is one. What you need is utmost devotion and dedication to the spiritual sadhana to fulfil your wish.

In the Bhagavad-Gita (Ch 18. v 65) Lord Krishna tells Arjuna, 'Always think of Me, become My devotee, worship Me and offer your homage unto Me. Thus you will come to Me without fail. I promise you this because you are My very dear friend'.
I don't think it's so important to dwell on what we were in previous lives, but it is important to know where we will be going in out next lives. To an extent, we can control this through bhakti yoga and chanting 'Hare Krisha, Hare Krishha, Krisha Krishna, Hare Hare; Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. The process is given in detail by His Divine Grace A C Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada in his authorised commentry on The Bhagavad Gita. I've placed the link below, if you are interested

take comfortable position, Visualise happiest moments of life viz by the side of sea, birds chirping, breeze, soft feel of sand etc.Let go all tension of body from head to toe.Be aware of your breath, faintest sound in nature, Next focus on your thoughts. Next focus on the gaps between the thoughts. When there are no thoughts ie there is no ripple in the pond then only consiousness/witness/sakshi whatever you want to call is felt.Lord Krishna is another name for higher consciousness. But remember you too have consciousnessness and when you realize that then you are 'god.'' Aham Brahamasmi, Go back to your childhood , Early childhood, infancy, In the womb and then to previous birth. Thus you can regress yourself easily without help of any professional.Love. TATVAM ASI

I think you better you live in the present life. Your past is past and do not worry about it. Even you lord Krishna is dead now. You don't even know whether he lived or just a character in the Hindu mythology. Most things about Krishna are just stories and not real. Do not trouble yourself and waste your present life. You will be sorry in the future about your past (which is present now).

The basic fallacy of this "regression" stuff is the idea that people always tell the truth under hypnosis. I could get you to tell the most ridiculous stories by hypnotizing you and asking leading questions like this ME: Did you see a flying saucer when you looked out your window? YOU: Yes. ME: And did the Queen of the Martians come out of the saucer? YOU: Yes. She was small and bright green. ME: Hm. Bright green. But in other ways, did she look at all like Tinkerbell? YES: Yes. A little green Tinkerbell. ME: A little green Tinkerbell. And were there any other Martian fairies with her? YOU: Yes, two or three. ETC. Please, get help from a qualified professional!

If you go to a qualified hypnotherapist, this can be very helpful. It doesn't even matter if you believe in it or not, your subconscious mind can help you deal with issues in your life.
I've had past life regression therapy and found it very helpful. It cost but, in the long run, was far, far cheaper than traditional therapy.
