Im going from Chile to Germany....

You won't be able to take it in your carry-on bag but you can put it in checked luggage if you think it's possible to pack it well enough. I'd wrap it in a towel and put it in a plastic bag. That should help contain the mess if it were to break. It will probably travel fine though as long as it's well wrapped and in the center of the suitcase.

yes it`s possible.
you can buy up to two bottles of alcohol from any duty free shop and carry it with you in the cabin and in the same time you can have up to 2 or 3 bottles in your luggage.

Well, at least you're taking them some "proper" wine! ;-)

If you pack it in your checked-in baggage it should be fine, as long as you wrap it well. In your carry-ons? Probably not.
