You can get one on any one. If your living in the same house in your under age no you can't and if your of age and your sibling not in you live in the same house no you can't. If your an adult and your sibling a adult in your both in separate houses then you can. If this person is harassing you, thaen you, bod lie harmed you those are reasons.
