my computer is totally infected. it keeps asking me to download all of these products to clean my computer. i know that normally a computer never does that. i ran the computer through avg but it has done whatever it can. i need a program to totally finish the job.

I think you mean best ANTI-spyware... the one I find most useful is Ad-Aware. If you have bad malware on your PC, it may well block access to anti-spyware software. Be wary of FAKE anti-spyware software as well, most of which have extremely similar names to true anti-spyware software.

The best anti-virus is what is known as Avast, which as real time protection and can do a boot up scan (one of the best ways to check viruses.) It has better protection than AVG and you have more control over it instead of the way around. It even has virus recovery data base that can help you repair infected files. The other one that I use is called Ad-Aware Personel, killing most of the viruses that often infect your computer. Finally, get the firewall called zone alarm, preventing incoming and outgoing data from accessing the internet or your computer. It even has a stealth mode, where no computer can see you. 2. spybot search and destroy
3. windows defender
if u search download install 3 of these make sure you run the updates and full system scan that should fix the issue.
