Depends on the guy and my mood...his body type/size and penis size affect which positions feel better than others, as do how I'm feeling that day (do I want to be in control or not?)...
I have no one fave because they feel different with different lovers...

reverse cowgirl, gets her where she needs to get and I LOVE the view!
she controls the angle and speed to get her over the edge and she always achieves the "O"
and for me they all work but I love this position because it is a great view to see her ridding me!
