Oh my gosh! Why on Earth would you cover the grill with tin foil? Spray PAM for the Grill on the grill prior to cooking the steak.

For a good Rib Eye steak, rub the outside of the meat with garlic, then season it Montreal Steak Seasoning, salt, and grill it. You could also put a tab of butter on the steak after you've turned it while still on the grill.

You could put steak sauce on the table for someone to use, but why would anybody want to ruin a Rib Eye with steak sauce! Rib Eye is one of the best cuts of meat for a steak around. Happy Grilling!

I would advise against covering the grill grid with foil unless you are cooking a very delicate fish. The foil will fall apart when you flip the meat anyway. If you're worried about ez cleanup, get over it. A steak is best with grill marks on it anyway.

I like my steak that has been marinated in a bag of chopped garlic and soy sauce, then salted and peppered well before grilling. Serve it with baked sweet potatoes and butter, cinnamon and brown sugar.

Why in the world would you cover the grill with tin (aluminum) foil? Direct flames are what makes it taste good, otherwise you may as well be baking them. If you don't want them to stick to the grill, take a raw potato, cut it in half and rub vigorously it on the grill. This leaves a coating of starch and the meat won't stick as bad.

As for the meat, salt and pepper and maybe some A-1 sauce if you like that.

Spray your grill rack with some non stick cooking spray!! Get like an olive oil spray to infuse more flavor.. The butter ones are good too, but I like the Olive oil one! Season the meat, and maybe grill some Veggies ( Red Bell Pepper,Orange Bell Pepper,Red Onion Chunks)Put them on Skewers!
