i went out with this guy after he tried asking me out for about a yearr..after that,i didnt even call him but he was the one always messaging me online asking me to be his girlfriend.I didnt really pay attention to him n he told my friend that i was snobbish.But actually,i kind-of LIKED him but knowing his reputation as a big "flirt",it made it hard for me to accept him. A few days ago he told me he the thinks that my cousin's hot.I told him to IM her..He asked "y should i"?and i said "because that's your FAVOURITE past-time since u probably do that to a million girls u see on the internet"..and he got mad and called me a ***** and said i think so highly of myself..What is wrong with that dude????????

I think he likes you and was probably trying to see if you like him by gauging you reaction to his question regarding your cousin. Most people flirt it's human nature but so long as he doesn't flirt with other girls in front of his girl or has serious intentions then I wouldn't worry about that too much. Life is far too short to be playing silly games with each other for too long although they can be fun in the beginning. Go for it if you want him!!!

why are you asking the same question again?
he probably just figured out the games you were playing. why go out with him if you didn't like him at the time and then just ignore him? why do you have a problem with him messaging people? its got nothing to do with you. you had your chance but messed it up by ignoring him. maybe he still likes you and is using your cousin to get you jealous?
if you like him and don't want to see him with other girls, then just tell him and maybe you can get together.
if you don't want any kind of relationship with him then leave him to do what he wants and stop messing with his head.
either way you need to tell him what you feel/think.

he was hurt that he felt u didn't want him and by telling u he thought your cousin was hot he probably was trying to make u jealous if you like him put forth an effort so that every time he trys for u he doesn't feel like he is being shot down, it hurts to like someone a lot and not have them show any emotion toward you
