Click to terminate the program!! Any idea what thats all about?

Seems to be when I come off most programes including Yahoo!!

1, Do a Virus/Trojan check, make sure there's no malicious program.
2, Open browser--Tools--Manage Add-on's--Disable some unknown Add-on's.
3, Click Start--Run--Input sfc /scannow--Ok, do a System File Check.
4, If all above failed, please consider the hardware problems: Corrupted RAM or even corrupted hard drive, overheating CPU, damaged CPU fan.

Which program are you closing, or are you getting this error closing any program?
