I need help i was not so shy like this before i was a goofball at my last school but when i moved here i just went quiet only talkin when i had to someone please help me.

the first thing u need to do is try and get out of this loners rut. tell yourself that from now on, you're gonna just be yourself talk to who u wanna, when u wanna and if they don't like it F*ck 'em! as far as the chick, just start by sayin 'Hey'. doesn't hafta be anything deep. just say, 'hey, whats goin on? how are u?' things like that. what ever happens don't put too much pressure on yourself over any one chick. it is a fact of life that there is no guarantee that a person will like us just because we like them. if it doesn't work out with her, there WILL be others. just start by being more friendly and outgoing like u were at your last school, no matter what, and you'll be ok.

talking is difficult for some and carrying on a conversation is even tougher the best thing to do is stop thinking about how quiet you r and start speaking your mind even if you start of with well... i usually dont tyalk much but ide really like to get to know you what do you like to do hmm i like that too and then get to workin on gettin oin dda pants and s on and so forth

You probably just dont know anyone, you should take the step to try and reach out for her to be her friend get to know her and see where things take you, good luck

First you could start by coming out of your shell...then you could sit by her at lunch and start talking to her..then she might get the hint!!
