why should you move? inform the police immidiately and get a court order that he cannot come 50yards near you. tell your friends to move in and change the lock. you cannot run forever. inform the police, inform your flat's association, take desperate mesures to get rid off him. you cn also get a brutal dog. inform your parents. immidiately take action.

Well, with the place being in your name, he has no right to stay there if you don't want him to. Do you have records of his abuse with the police? You should, otherwise, it will be harder for you. But since he's only your boyfriend, there is nothing holding you back. Assuming you can make it on your own, call the police, get a restraining order and maybe have a male friend stay over for a while. You may want to explain your situation to your landlord, and he may let you out of the lease. I wouldn't take the situation lightly. Get his abuse on record, and make your self disappear to him. Good luck, and God bless!

honey first of all you can still leave him, move out , get the house out of your name and sell it or something. Get an apartment you dont have to tell him that you are moving just leave, also take some self defense classes in case if he tries something. One more thing honey you need to take some grammar classes or something cause you really donot make any sense.

Have a serious talk about his abussive manner and see if there would be a change dont be in a rush to get rid of him the devil you know is better they say// you have not said he doesnt love you or does not show that he doesnt love, if it is only his abussive nature i think you should let him know you dont like it.

I think its important to do whatever you need to do to get out of the relationship... so if that means goings somewhere he will not know where you are than you need to do that. I think moving is your best option, but I also think you need to get the police involved!

get the cops to throw him out and get a restraining order against him....if he still conitnues to bother you he could get into some major trouble..because if everything is in your name, its you who has the right to stay.
