No. It is not allowed.
Generally, actions / practices that are bad for human beings are disallowed by religion.
Masturbation is an unnatural act as is homosexuality and lesbianism.
There are many harms and ill-effects on the body caused by masturbation - eg. weakness, the memory diminishes, etc.
