you only see and you dont talk to her, i like a girl but can not approach her, i know where she live's its just around the corner, i dont think she go's out much, so how can i ask her if she like to go on a date with me, or if aleast become friends,
so how do i get in touch with her, i cant just knock on her door,
and the only time i see her is if she go's to the shop,

Start of simply by saying hello, then maybe start saying hello as you're really pleased to see her. I know that this is probably the long way round the situation but if your shy then it may be the easiest. Just try to ease in to it from there maybe you could ask her a question about the area you both live in like for example does she know where the local library is or compliment her on something you could say hi there you look nice today of anywhere special? I know that this may sound a bit cheesy but if I liked someone I just passed by on my way to the local shops then this is probably what I would do. This is the perfect chance to be a real romeo..see if you can catch her before she comes back out at the shop and carry what she gets home for her..make some small talk about the neighborhood, or weather..whatever.
Do this a couple of times and then ask her if she would consider going on a real date..cause this date is geeting old..( its a little quirky, and it might make things easier)

Well i think that you have to take a chance and just go for it i mean you never know, she could totally be crushing on you too.....its time to step up and just go for it!!next time when she goes to the shop introduce yourself and just let it go from there.

If you do not really know much about her then you only have a perception that you like her. Once you get up your nerve to talk with her you may find that she is not the one for you.
