Who makes a decent cheap toaster oven?

For under $40. Something I can cook TV dinners in.

I loved my Black and Decker. I had it for years, the only reason I gave it up was because I moved and it was attached to the cabinet. It was about $20-$25 at Wal-Mart.

I would say black and decker. They seem very economical and are a good product.

Black and Decker is good, try Walmart.

the 2 words decent and cheap doesn't go together.
