I am a Native woman with VERY long hair.

Tips: Drinks lots of water, trim your ends but don't cut more than that. If you get split ends higher up just trim the splits don't take length off your hair (can be time consuming but it works). Don't condition top of head only from the nape of the neck down. Conditioner can weigh down your roots. Prenatal vitamins help hair and nails grow.

An important peice of information about hair growth. We all have our own individual hair growth point (for lack of better term). What this means is that your hair will grown at a steady rate to a certain point only. Once it reaches this point it'll slow down signficantly. When you know it has reached this point it is time to take active measures to help it "speed up" again.

Well, all i really would tell you to do is to just wash your hair a lot. Also try using a flat iron.

indian offencesmost natives so yeah and i had short hair mehma says the best way tolet your hair grow is braiding your hair that'show my aunt'sand uncle's do it i dunno it likehelps it grow my hair growed only a little though becuz i don't like wearingbraids in the winter time but in thesummer ido andit grows but then i cut it lol ur welcome

apply olive oil on your hair 3 time a week, and use a good shampoo, don;t dye it or use iron, or bow dryer
