If it was frozen when you put it out, it should be fine. If it was thawed, then left out, I don't think i'd risk it.

I wouldn't since you should've put the chicken right into your fridge or freezer when you got home. Chicken will go bad if kept out for 2 or more hours, and there would be more bacteria on your kitchen table, and that being said, you have to clean your counter more often than you should.

Throw out the chicken. No meat should ever be left out of the fridge cooked or uncooked more than four hours. It will cause food poisioning especially tomaine and somanilla.

Sure, I have done it many times. But before you cook it smell the chicken. If it smells terrible into the trash with it. Just make sure if it is ok that you cook it well.

As on any perishable meat, fish or poultry, bacteria can be found on raw or undercooked chicken. They multiply rapidly at temperatures between 40 °F and 140 °F (out of refrigeration and before thorough cooking occurs). Freezing doesn't kill bacteria but they are destroyed by thorough cooking.

NO. Do not cook it if it has been out all night! When in doubt, throw it out. Any meat that has been out of the fridge for more than 3 hours, should be tossed out. You could get VERY sick and it's not worth the risk.
