Why Eat?
I guess because we do not manufacture all we need within our body. However, it seems that there are people who turned the clock of evolution back and manufacture what today's science thinks cannot be made in the body. They eat only fruit, called fruitarians (see Viktoras Kulvinkas, Survival into the 21st Century).

It seems that this was food God originally gave to humankind (see Genesis 1). Yet, going back to Paradise food would mean nowadays to cleanse too fast, which could be dangeous. Most of us may only be able to gradually return to Paradise food in steps. When one step is mastered by having no cravings any longer for the food to be eliminated and gaining more energy, one may go to the next step. The food to be eliminated is mainly acid-forming and thus may contribute to disease and aging. Mnay people have experienced this, but not many people have realized this.

Step 1
eliminate red meat
Step 2
eliminate fish
Step 3 elimiante poultry
Step3
eliminate dairy
Step 4
eliminate nuts and seeds
Step 5
eliminate all vegetables growing under ground
Step 6
eat only organically grown, sun-ripened fruit.

It is the question, how many of us would be willing to do this and how many would succeed in doing this and gaining more energy. Being healthy and eating right became an art in our modern world.

Wishing you nutritious food.
