I have been buying and selling on Ebay for 4 years now and only have had 2 or 3 problems... so odds are fairly good on Ebay.

But, as far as the Vista goes there are a couple of things to consider. #1 it is new and may have many bugs left in the program and #2 It is a more demanding program than the XP so it Will slow up your computer.

Before you buy it you should ask the proper questions to the proper people. (i.e. Circuit city FireDogs) That is who I asked when I was thinking of putting Vista on my Laptop. They actually said it would slow it up considerably and to stick with the XP for my particular PC.

It depends on the vendor/seller. If they're a shop or have a very high sales/positive feedback rating it may be legitimate. It is also illegal to export the US copy without a valid license so be careful unless you're in the military and sending it to another military base.

Hesham,

if you insist on buying this on ebay, make sure the seller has good feedback from others that have PURCHASED this same item from him.

and to protect yourself, ONLY pay for this through PAYPAL and fund the purchase with a CREDIT CARD!

in case something goes wrong, you can then contact your CREDIT CARD company and file for a CHARGEBACK.
