# 1. I would be wary about buying an operating system as new as Vista.. Especially since there are reports even on Yahoo answers about programs not being compatible with Vista yet.
# 2. I would be wary about using ebay.com for said purchase. I myself have bought something from there, and they shipped somethign else all together different. I haven't gone through them since then.
# 3. Depends on the current owner of the software. As far as shipping outside the USA.
And last but not least.
# 4. As far as it being safe. There's absolutely no guarentee.. Even if they ship you a copy of Vista.. There's a possibility that it's loaded with Bugs, viruses and more cr**.

I have been buying and selling on Ebay for 4 years now and only have had 2 or 3 problems... so odds are fairly good on Ebay.
But, as far as the Vista goes there are a couple of things to consider. #1 it is new and may have many bugs left in the program and #2 It is a more demanding program than the XP so it Will slow up your computer.
Before you buy it you should ask the proper questions to the proper people. (i.e. Circuit city FireDogs) That is who I asked when I was thinking of putting Vista on my Laptop. They actually said it would slow it up considerably and to stick with the XP for my particular PC.

You shouldnt have a situation with any of those classes operating. those who say no longer something works on Vista of route haven;t tried it because there is little or no that doesnt artwork on it now. the important ingredient that you ought to imagine about if upgrading to Vista isn't any matter if the workstation is of a severe adequate specification to run it, because it desires a more desirable sensible gadget than XP because it has a lot more desirable good factors. The media middle is particularly outstanding by technique of how, I easily have it hooked as a lot as my television and it particularly works like a dream!

It depends on the vendor/seller. If they're a shop or have a very high sales/positive feedback rating it may be legitimate. It is also illegal to export the US copy without a valid license so be careful unless you're in the military and sending it to another military base.

Hesham,
if you insist on buying this on ebay, make sure the seller has good feedback from others that have PURCHASED this same item from him.
and to protect yourself, ONLY pay for this through PAYPAL and fund the purchase with a CREDIT CARD!
in case something goes wrong, you can then contact your CREDIT CARD company and file for a CHARGEBACK.
