it came in a tv dinner, is it safe to eat?

why not? if it came in a tv dinner, i am sure it is fine. chicken fried steak is just BEEF that has been fried with the same type of breading that you normally fry chicken with. if it smells BAD, don't eat it, otherwise, i am sure you will be fine

Yup! The beef is breaded and prepared like fried chicken. That is why the name. I can not say I have ate it, but give it a try!

chicken fried steak is a piece of beef, usually tenderized, that has been dredged in flour and fried to a crisp. It is usually served with gravey and mashed potatoes. Delicious!

Yes its safe to eat and if it comes with gravy even better.I have ate this several times and a lot depends on the brand you buy as to what it taste like and no I haven't gotten sick.
