No you can't "blow-up". But you can ignite your pubic hairs with the methane gas (which is what "farts" are made of) which can in turn burn your skin. And burning the skin around your anus is extremely uncomfortable during the healing process, depending on the severity of the burn. Not recommended...
I work in surgery and have seen a handful of people (guys) with terrible burns come for debridement. Ouch!!! Not to mention embarassing!!!

Depending on the torque you put behind that fart. Don't shite for days, drink bad beer, eat chili dogs, then go to bed. In the morning, outfit your bum with some blackcat firecrackers. Blow a fart and ignite. Do inform me of your results.

Everytime I attempt this it would not bypass very some distance. The methane burns so rapidly that that is not any longer that tremendous. in case you fairly intend to make an effective, lengthy flame, take a breath mint spray, a lighter and then target it faraway from you and also you'll have a impressive lengthy flame.
