No; it is an unwritten rule of friendship that you never go out with your honey's best friend. It not only may ruin their friendship, but it can backfire where they decide their friendship is more important that you and they both dump you.

Your other friends will see how you have come in between you honey and their best friend and either secretly or overtly question your loyalty to them and may either gradually or abruptly start excluding you from their lives and you end up with no honey, but no friends either, with a reputation for having low morals.
