If a man is CONSTANTLY looking at other women, talking to other women, and complimenting other women on their physical beauty, should a woman be suspicious of her partner?

Doesn't necessarily mean he would cheat, but, is extremely rude if he does it in front of you, and doesn't help your self esteem! I sure wouldn't tolerate it!

Well, the only thing I can say is this:my boyfriend began doing this when we had some big issues and I wasn`t quite interested in fixing and discussing them.He did this to bug me,kind of silly,I know, but this was the only time in 5 years he did so.I know he did not cheat on me,he just felt insecure and he was reacting like that...looking at other women....and make so that I see he`s doing this. Yours however I think is crossing the line! One is looking and other is talking and.....complimeting other women`s beauty???? I would keep both of my eyes on him and why not talk to him?ask him exactly as you asked here. And see what he has to say.Good luck!

I have been doing it for 20 years. My wife even points them out.
And yes, it goes both ways. She has her boy toys she looks at.
My wife felt the same way you do at the beginning, but she realized I married her, not "them"
Come on, ALL people look. It's normal. You can't tell me you and your friends don't people watch and comment. Sooooo, next time you see a "boy toy" speak up. If he doesn't like it...TOUGH

Is he doing this in the open, when you are around, with other folks?

He may be thoughtless, or trying to make you jealous, he may be crude, he may be trying to establish his independence within the relationship -

but usually when guys are fooling around, they are very careful NOT to do anything that will arouse suspicion. He sounds like he may be a lot of things but it doesn't sound like someone who is fooling around.

i'll use myself as an example ... my man loves to look ... and i think thats okay as long as they don't touch. but i don't tolerate commments to other women about their physical beauty ... i feel like it should only be for me.and for the talking to other women i guess it just depends if its just talking or flirting.

complimenting like you look nice or girl that is a nice ace! The nice ace part is wrong! He might be a natural flirt!

I would be a little worried. Confront him. Tell him that his actions are worrying you, and let him explain himself. If you are assured that he is loyal, keep with it. If not, discuss it further. Keep a calm tone of voice, and if one of you raises your voice, back off and cool down. Try to avoid using "you" and try to tell things from your point of view using "I". Get back to me if you need anymore help.

If he's doing this yeah. Especially if he's doing this in front of you. It means he has no respect for your relationship. This goes double if he's not doing the same for you.

Not necessarily. He may just be a flirty type.
