Can I connect a 'DVD player scart output' into a 'SKY box VCR scart input' ?

try it and see, it will work, but all you are doing is " daisy chaining " the signal, therefore, making it worse.

I have no idea why you would want too do it that way if it is a dvd, unless you cannot afford a scart adpotor, that is the best way for you to do it.
