Antigua is a wonderful destination - 365 loverly beaches, water so clear you can see your toes, warm friendly island people and if you truly want to get away from it all the sister island of Barbuda would be a nice choice. See links below for more...

I think a cruise is the most romantic and luxurious way to go! Imagine sailing across the ocean with your own balcony. You get up in the morning and have tea, coffee, and crossaints on your balcony together in your plush robes. Dancing at night, lovely dining, swimming in the day or exploring different destinations together. I have been on three cruises and one was for my honeymoon. It does not get any more romantic than that.

Definitely Negril in Jamaica. Sandals would be a great resort to go to but if you are looking for the best of the best with no tipping and EVERYTHING included then go to Grand Lido.
When you die, if you believe in Heaven, then Grand Lido is where you will go. A little pricey when compared to other places but you will never ever forget this place. No tipping, everything included.
This is where we went on our honeymoon and I still dream about going back there to this day.

Seychelles - Not sure of the spelling but it seem it is very romantic there.
Langkawi, Malaysia - you can just lie down on the beach or go around the island or do some nature things.
Phuket, Thailand - tropical yet full of life.
Bali, Indonesia - unless you are afraid of bombing.
Koh Samui, Thailand - a paradise.

Look into renting a private villa on St. Thomas. I have done this 4 or 5 times in the past several years and it is terrific. You have your own private home with private pool. Most of the god ones are on the north shore. Go to www.mclaughlinanderson.com.
PS - If you are going in May or June be sure to get one with AC.

Petit St. Vincent Island. It is a small island in the south Caribbean and it is gorgeous! Only a maximum of 21 other couples are on the entire island and you the rooms are amazing! You should check it out, very remote and romantic!

Good luck picking your destination and congratulations on the wedding!

I would say either Fiji or New Zealand. Both are very secluded and romantic, yet have nightlife. Both have very friendly locals, and great shopping and sights. I wish you luck in your marriage!
