To RedStapler's offering, according to the UN Resolution, we did not go to war with Iraq because of those crimes you listed. We should have at the time they occurred, but we didn't. We went to war based on false testimony alleging a WMD buildup (prior to the invasion) including that posited by Colin Powell which has since been proven to be unsubstantiated.

to this day, i have no idea why we REALLY invaded iraq.

i didn't believe bush before we went in and couldn't understand the RUSH to war.

so, to answer your question - i didn't believe him then and i don't believe him now.

we need a president with basic competance - and it's up to the congress to get our current president out of there asap and get one that can actually do basic thinking.

bush's on the job training is over - he has failed too many times...

i'd say purely forget approximately approximately those idiots that save insisting wmd's have been stumbled on, as no person as yet has stumbled on any and for ten years previous to our invasion, inspectors on the floor have stumbled on no longer something, yet people like Maddy Albright saved insisting they have been there. the only element they stumbled on after the invasion became some buried canisters of degraded poison gas, that have been ineffective at ultimate, poison gas that we of the US had provided Saddam with for use against the Iranians throughout his conflict with them. Now, so some distance as those claiming that Saddam gas 1000's of Kurds, right here lower back extra propaganda and bull crap to justify his seize and killing. Autopsies executed on the Kurds that were gassed, proved the gas used contained what's referred to as a "blood agent" some thing neither Saddam or we possessed, and became in basic terms recent in gas from iran.

What I can't understand is why Bush keeps on pointing his finger on Iran alone. The Saudis were supplying weapons to Iraqi Sunnis that shot down American helicopters and killed American soldiers. Yet, Bush kept quiet about the Saudis. Is this Bush's way of protecting the lives of American troops?.

In light of the fact that he had the pentagon falsify the Iraq intelligence reports - I wouldn't trust a single word that man says!

Everyone including the liberal queen Hillary stated there were WMDs in Iraq. I was recently told, "weather or not there were WMDs in Iraq will be debated for years, what's very clear is that Saddam Hussein WANTED the world to believe he had them"

Of course not. I don't trust a single word that comers out of his mouth, quite frankly.

Remember when he vehemently denied the Valerie Plame leaks came from the White House and vowed to fire all involved if it did? Gutless, yellowbacked, fuckfaced LIAR.
