o.k. if someone kept staring at me eventually i would ask "can i help you with something" By now he has to of noticed that you continually stare at him. wow what a lucky guy i wish my co workers would stare at me. anyways you do need to stay focused on you job you don't want to lose it. I should speak for myself hahah Good luck. yeah find out if he is married if he is single go talk to him, the worst you could here is "no" take care have a good day =)

I'm not joking I'm going through the same thing...but the day I acutally started talking to him and started flirting non stop I was reading a magazine and my horoscope flat out said...don't be a homewrecker. After that our conversations moved from me flirting to a simple hello in the morning. My advice would be to call yourself a homewrecker everytime you feel yourself staring at him. It worked for me...

look for the ring on the left hand ring finger or a well defined crease where a ring should be, if no ring or crease stare all you want or better yet go up and simply say hi or would you like to have lunch sometime
