I have a Duracel battery charger so I can charge the batteries for my camera. You plug it in, and if the little red light on the front starts blinking that means it's not charging. The problem is..that light ALWAYS blinks!

Why does it do this? The batteries are low, so I charge them. I plug it in, and it blinks! So I try it in a different outlet. It blinks. I seriously one day went all around the house plugging it into all the different outlets and it blinked everytime.

Help please?

It sounds like it could be a defective battery - a new battery will probably solve your problem.

Did this unit ever work properly? How did the light work when it was working properly? Have you tried more than one set of batteries?

I've got a charger - different brand though - that blinks when the batteries are charging and then stops blinking when the batteries are fully charged.
