1. Are you in good shape? Do you work out at all or a little? Over weight a little?
2. You might try more for play before and afterward you ***, allow yourself to build back up. I know for me the more she goes down on my after I *** I can go 10 15 more min's so it's not just about Cumming it's about having a lot more sex then just for 6 min's at a time, talk to her maybe you just need a short rest a hand job and you could right back in the game in no time.

Condoms make me last forever! Without a condom, intercourse (not including foreplay and oral) lasts about 10-15 minutes.
I've had to actually fake the O before with a girl while wearing a condom because she was getting worn out after about 20 minutes.

Oh, about 45 min or so. You are young, no? After some time you will be a little less sensitive to the whole thing and be able to con troll yourself better. Years of Masturbation help too. Try to M when you are not in the mood and practice holding it when you are ready to go.

i dont really know ive lasted a couple of hours before and other times 2 minutes but i can always go again and usally ill last longer the next time. sometimes their are other circumstances like the girl can be very tight and likes it really fast and hard its amost in possibly to last long under those conditions.

30+ minutes dont really look at the clock. Liquor helps me last longer. And condoms help me last longer! Also it helps if you like the girl, if you concentrate on pleasing her and making sure she's happy then you worry less about your self and your climax.

I have made my boyfriend last for 3 hours before letting him ***, "Yes Letting Him ***"!!!!!!
